Homeowners who contact Meltwate Floor Coating deserve fair treatment. If something goes wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a concern and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

Write to us about any of these:

• How a call or message with Meltwate Floor Coating went
• How we handled or protected your personal data
• Anything on the site that looks wrong or confusing
• How a provider we referred you to behaved

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer care. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, take it up with the provider first. Do it in writing. Keep copies of everything you send.

Then let us know too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. But Meltwate Floor Coating can't settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@meltwate.store. Please include:

• Your name and contact details
• The date you reached us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's company name, if you know it
• A short account of what happened and what outcome you want

What We Do Next

We confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into it. That may include talking to the provider. After that, we tell you what we found and what we plan to do.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer doesn't settle it, reply and ask for a second review. You can also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office, or a local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help.
